Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policy
SHIPPING POLICIES
Title and risk of loss or damage to any Products passes to the purchaser upon delivery by us to the carrier for shipment of any Product(s) You purchase.
Company shall ship purchased Products to a Domestic address within a 6-8 week period, aside from Holidays and weekend. Should Company anticipate any delays in shipping, a member from Company shall immediately contact you via email.
TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Company shall include Massachusetts sales tax on all Products purchased. You agree and acknowledge that should Company be legally required to collect any additional taxes at the point of sale, all applicable taxes shall be added to the purchase price, unless a tax exemption is applicable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Dainty Scripts, LLC does not except returns and exchanges of any kind. Every item is custom designed and made to order. All deposits for services are non-refundable. Store credit is at the discretion of company.
Meet Maura
Hi, I’m Maura Gorman, owner and artist at Dainty Scripts! I started the business in 2019 after years of making custom signs, paintings, and gifts for family and friends.
With my background as an elementary and middle school art teacher and MassArt grad, I wanted to create a business that spreads joy through personalized art.
Since having my son in 2023, I’ve stepped back from teaching full-time to focus on my family and growing my business by including wedding illustrations, kids workshops, and murals.
Dainty Scripts means so much to me—it’s my first baby and a true passion. I love what I do because there’s nothing better than seeing how happy people are when they see artwork on the wall of their baby’s room or receive custom illustrations of their wedding guests!

The team includes: Catherine Healy (my cousin & mural side kick!) , Barbara Healy (yup, my mom!), Caroline Keenan, and I need to credit Ryan Gorman (my husband who does so much behind the scenes).
From prepping boards, greeting customers, deliveries, working pop-ups, sourcing supplies, and so much more. Dainty Scripts could not be where it is today without them!
